STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Payment Terms : 100% Advance with P.O.
  2. Validity 7 Days
  3. Delivery Period 1-2 week after getting confirm order with 100% Advance
  4. Prices are Ex Nilmay Office at Anand.
  5. Material Delivery transportation Charge Extra at actual from Anand to your Site.
  6. Subject to Anand Jurisdiction
  7. Warranty will be as per respective manufacturer
  8. All software orders, including both perpetual licenses and subscription services, are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable upon purchase or activation.
  9. Billing Cycle: All invoices will be issued on the 1st day of every month.
  10. Service Termination Notice: If you wish to terminate the service, you must provide written notice at least 7 days before the end of the current month.

Warranty Terms Interpretations
On-Site warranty Repair/ Service will be provided at customer location for warranty period
Carrey-in Warranty Customer has to reach at near by Service Canter to get the repair / Service for warranty period.
Partial On-site Hardware Warranty For 1st Year onsite part & repair free and for further period Service will be free of cost,  customer bare parts cost.
Service Warranty Service will be free of charge, customer will bare parts' cost.
Life time warranty Customer will be get free 3 year Carrey-in warranty.
Note: 1 Warranty is provided by Manufacturer with their own terms
2 In any case where faulty device require to send near by Service center, Nilmay System will charge for his service
